Biography
Mainul Hossainreceived the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida, Orlando, FL, USA, in 2012. He was with the Globalfoundrie`s Advanced Module Engineering (AME), Malta, NY, USA between 2012-2017. He joined University of Dhaka in 2017, where he is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. His current research interests include emerging nanoelectronic and nanophotonic devices and materials science. He holds 1 U.S. patent and has co-authored 1 book chapter and numerous research papers.
